1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "oja98," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the oja98 online betting and casino platform operated at the domain oja98.cam and all associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses oja98 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a user to access oja98 services, including all associated credentials, transaction history, and preferences.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services provided by oja98, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, and customer support.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a user on a betting market, casino game, or other gambling product offered by oja98.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive awarded to users by oja98, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Indonesian Rupiah" or "IDR" refers to the official currency of Indonesia and the primary currency supported by oja98 for deposits, withdrawals, and betting transactions.

2. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

To use oja98 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oja98 strictly enforces age verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

By creating an account with oja98, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

To access oja98 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and Indonesian identification number. You may only register one account per person, household, IP address, or payment method. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

oja98 is required to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You must complete KYC verification by providing the following documents:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or valid government-issued identification showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account details)

oja98 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must immediately notify oja98 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. oja98 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain security. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

oja98 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically processed instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures, (b) you must have met all applicable wagering requirements on bonuses, (c) the withdrawal must be to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your verified identity, and (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours, though processing times may extend to 72 hours during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

oja98 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. oja98 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. Accounts involved in suspected money laundering activities will be immediately frozen pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

oja98 offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance the user experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses carry a 30x wagering requirement, meaning you must wager the bonus amount 30 times before any bonus funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. oja98 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been abused, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, use of betting strategies designed to minimize risk (hedging, low-risk betting), wagering on excluded games, or exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active.

oja98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. All bonus decisions made by oja98 are final and binding.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are accepted at the odds and terms displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. oja98 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Maximum win limits and maximum bet limits apply to all bets and vary by game type and user VIP level.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting markets, the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body or competition organizer shall be deemed final for settlement purposes. Bets are settled based on the result at the completion of regular time unless otherwise stated in the market rules. Statistics and live scores displayed on oja98 are for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games offered by oja98 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage published for each game represents the theoretical long-term payout and is not guaranteed for any individual gaming session. 6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action.

7. Limitations of Liability

oja98 provides betting and gaming services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, oja98 disclaims all liability for:

• Any losses resulting from your use of oja98 services, including gambling losses
• Technical failures, interruptions, or downtime affecting access to services
• Errors in odds, results, or payouts, which oja98 reserves the right to correct retroactively
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security
• Actions or decisions of third-party payment processors or financial institutions
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services

In no event shall oja98's total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your account during the preceding 12 months. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

8. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting oja98 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. oja98 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where we suspect fraud, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or abusive behavior. In cases of account closure by oja98 for breach of terms, all funds may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of oja98 services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia. You waive any right to pursue class action litigation or join any class action lawsuit against oja98.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

oja98 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email and prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of oja98 services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease using our services and close your account.
